Where you have contracted for our support and maintenance cover, our involvement with your company does not end with the handover of the site. We provide ongoing technical and business support for your web site.

Charges for this support are subject to contract. With content management systems giving you the capability to manage the content yourself if you so wish, more and more organisations opt for support on an "ad-hoc" basis, i.e. support charges at our standard hourly rate. Where it is known regular maintenance will be required it can work out cheaper to contract for that support on a set fee basis rather than opt for the "ad-hoc" approach.

Additional functionality would however be charged on a case-by-case basis. If there is additional functionality identified at the outset that cannot be undertaken due to budget or time constraints, we will provide a fixed price quote, valid for 2 years from the date of handover of your new site, for the additional work.

If the demands of your business require a site rebuild on a frequent basis then you may avoid support charges all together. Naturally the site rebuild activity would attract development fees, but as an existing customer you would be entitled to a 15 percent discount on our normal rates for such work.
